Services

Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center is open all mall hours and is located in the JC Penney wing.  Amenities include gift cards good at any Greeley Mall store or anywhere Discover is accepted.  Wheelchair and stroller rentals, lost and found, fax and photocopy service is available.

ATM
The ATM machine is located  at Center Court.

Copy and Fax Service
While you wait!  A small fee is applicable for simple copy and fax services.

Kids Club
Greeley Mall Great Outdoors Kids Club is offered May-August on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 9-10:30am in the dining area.  There will be entertainment, crafts, giveaways and breakfast provided!
Call Toni Harvey at 970-356-4255 for more details and to sign up todayfor the 2008 schedule!  The Great Outdoors Kids Club is open to children 3-8 years of age.

Lost and Found
Security and the Customer Service Center team keeps track of lost items found in and around the mall.

Mall Management Office
The Management Office is located in the JC Penney wing, behind the Customer Service Center.  The office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Pay Phones
For your convenience, pay phones are located  in the service hallway next to Fanzz.

Restrooms
The restrooms are located in the service hallway next to Fanzz.  Family restrooms are available too.

Specialty Leasing
Greeley Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks.  This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines, Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Back to School and Holiday.  Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.

Stroller Rentals
Self-service Smart Cart strollers are available for rent at the south mall entrance, by Family Christian Stores as well as at Customer Service located in the JC Penney corridor
